1. Who we are

Repop is operated by Brendan Jolly, a sole trader based in Lincolnshire, England, United Kingdom. In this policy, "Repop", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that individual.

We operate the following services: Jolcy (jolcy.co.uk), a property renovation tracker; and Ledgra (ledgra.com), a personal finance and investment analytics platform currently in development.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.

Account data

When you create an account we collect your name and email address. We use these to provide access to the service, send transactional emails (account verification, password resets), and communicate with you about your subscription. The legal basis is performance of a contract.

Payment data

We do not store card numbers or full payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive and store subscription status, the billing period, and a Stripe customer identifier. The legal basis is performance of a contract.

Usage data

We collect data you enter into the service — for example, renovation project tasks, cost items, and quotes in Jolcy. This data is yours and is used solely to provide the service. We do not analyse it for any other purpose.

Contact enquiries

If you contact us via the contact form or email, we retain your message and contact details to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interests (responding to communications).

3. How long we keep your data

Account and service data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to six months after account closure, to handle any disputes or support requests.

Billing records are retained for seven years in line with HMRC requirements.

Contact enquiry emails are retained for up to two years.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

We share data with the following processors, strictly to provide the service:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe is based in the United States and processes payments under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

GoDaddy (SMTP/email delivery) — transactional email sending.

We may disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict how we process your data; receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@repop.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
