Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of services operated by Brendan Jolly, a sole trader trading as Repop, based in Lincolnshire, England ("Repop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any Repop service you agree to these terms.

Current services covered: Jolcy (jolcy.co.uk) and repop.co.uk.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we have reason to believe are being used fraudulently or to cause harm.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes at the point of purchase. Current pricing is listed on each product's website.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via your account settings at account.repop.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund, provided you have not used the service during that period.

If you begin using the service within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you are requesting early access and agree that you may not be entitled to a full refund if you subsequently cancel within that period.

To exercise your right to cancel, email hello@repop.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

5. Refunds

Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

— violate any applicable law or regulation;

— attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;

— transmit malicious code or interfere with the service;

— resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

7. Your data

You own the data you enter into our services. We do not claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you close your account, your data will be deleted within six months in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not currently offer data export — this is planned for a future release.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain a high level of availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repop's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or loss of business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
